Trade Promotions Specialist

The role:

• Responsible for planning and conducting commercial promotional programs to maximize results and customers satisfaction
• Develops promotional sales mechanics aligned with the brand’s strategy
• Conducts negotiations and actively communicates with suppliers
• Develops promotional programs, activities and campaigns
• Prepares forecasts for the costs of trade activities and campaigns, as well as for the expected results of their implementation
• Plans and monitors commercial promo calendar – annual schedule of activities, suppliers, type of activations and periods of implementation, as part of the overall marketing calendar of the company
• Structures budgets for the respective commercial promo activities and performs periodic analysis of its effectiveness and results

Your profile:

• Previous experience in promo management or customer/supplier relations position
• Retail or FMCG knowledge/experience in the area of promotional activities will be considered a strong advantage
• Understanding of customer segmentation and sales promotion
• Ability to analyze data and spot trends
• Experience with market data and analysis of KPI’s measuring promotional effectiveness
• Good knowledge of strategic planning principles
• Self-motivated, organized and able to perform upon deadlines
• Very good English level – verbal and written; Russian is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office knowledge – Excel, Power Point, Word
• University Degree in Economics or similar
