The role:
- Plans and implements long-term strategies for the development of product categories in terms of assortment range, positioning, prices and promotion
- Conducts negotiations with existing and new suppliers (manufacturers and importers) for product range, prices, commercial and promotion strategies.
- Works on reporting and business analysis, concerning category management, together with Specialist Analysis and Planning

- Offers appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Makes forecasts for trends in product demand
- Develops planograms, positioning and commercial display of products in the categories, together with Merchandising Specialist
- Improves and optimizes sales support processes,
Your profile:
- At least 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
- Retail knowledge/experience will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to work under pressure as to prioritize effectively tasks
- Negotiations and goals oriented skills
- Self-motivated, organized and able to perform upon deadlines
- Team player with a sense of diligence and confidentiality
- Very good English level – verbal and written; Russian is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office knowledge – Excel, Power Point, Word
- University Degree in Economics or similar
