The role:

  • Plans and implements long-term strategies for the development of product categories in terms of assortment range, positioning, prices and promotion
  • Conducts negotiations with existing and new suppliers (manufacturers and importers) for product range, prices, commercial and promotion strategies.
  • Works on reporting and business analysis, concerning category management, together with Specialist Analysis and Planning

  • Offers appropriate pricing and promotional activities
  • Makes forecasts for trends in product demand
  • Develops planograms, positioning and commercial display of products in the categories, together with Merchandising Specialist
  • Improves and optimizes sales support processes,

 Your profile:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Retail knowledge/experience will be considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure as to prioritize effectively tasks
  • Negotiations and goals oriented skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to perform upon deadlines
  • Team player with a sense of diligence and confidentiality
  • Very good English level – verbal and written; Russian is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge – Excel, Power Point, Word
  • University Degree in Economics or similar
